Inspector Javert-Roo
was created whilst I was performing the role of Javert in the International Company of Les Miserables.To my great delight nearly the entire company was Australian and this inspired me. I thought, if Javert were an animal in Australia, he’d be a very intense Joey or kangaroo. Val jean might be a Kola bear and so on....
